Heng Tin City is the Capital City of The States of Night Town. The Federal Headquarters, including the Presidential Office and Cabinet's Office all locates inside Heng Tin City. It is famous for its skylines and integrated bicycle infrastructure around the city.

The Administrative Centre of the City is Lunar Marine. The current Mayor is Mr. Cheung Lok Yiu.

Night-Townian FairyTrail Territory is an Overseas Territory of The States of Night Town. It consists of Sovereign Base Area of Joint Base TwoTrail, where The States of Night Town retained its sovereignty after the independence of The Republic of FairyTrail. Since then, the territory acts as a critical part for Night Townian projection of power and influence in Far Sci-Fi areas.

According to regulations, the post of the High Commissioner should be held by a military officer, and is normally cocurrently hold by Commander Joint Base TwoTrail.

Nothingnia locates on the Nothingnia Mainland of Watersuno Area. Nothingnia was an independent country and was a member of the Kasukano Union. Since the disbandment of the Synercraft Network and the Kasukano Union, Nothingnia was merged into The States of Night Town under agreement between President Walter Yuen of The States of Night Town and President Walter Yuen of Nothingnia. Nothingnia is de facto disbanded.

The Administrative Centre of Nothingnia is Chin Ming.  The Governor is The Hon. Mr Walter Yuen.
