President Yeung is the first President who started the States of Night Town. In his term of presidency, his decision to turn Night Town the first democratic country in HKMC has created history and opened a new era of the Community - Politics in Minecraft Countries.

President Chan is the first democratic elected President of The States of Night Town. In his term of presidency, he has contributed his efforts into the establishment of the Constitution of The States of Night Town and supported military development. He resigned from Presidency on 14 May 2020 due to leg injury.
President Chan served in the Night Town Revolutionary Army before presidency and was promoted up to the rank of General, and was named Colonel General followed by presidency.
