The cabinet is the head of all federal government systems of The States of Night Town. The cabinet is responsible for all federal affairs among The Night-Townian Mainland and the Overseas Territories.

The cabinet consists of 7 members, including the Chancellor who is the Head of Government, and six ministers from six federal minsitries respectively. They are responsible for designing and excuting government policies and ensure the smooth running of the government.
