According to Part III of the Civil Servants and Ministries Act,
The Ministry of Defense ('Ministry') is the highest authority for the military and national defense of Night Town, which is in charge of the plannings, suggestions, and implementations for national defense, the establishment and development of the military. The Minister of Defense has the command of all the armed forces.
The Ministry of Defense is Night Town's largest government agency. We work for a secure and prosperous Night Town with global reach and influence. We will protect our people, territories, values and interests at home and overseas, through strong armed forces and in partnership with allies, to ensure our security, support our national interests and safeguard our prosperity.

Minister of Defense
Mr Timothy Lam is a councillor of the representatives' council. He is also the General Secretariat of the Kreemarian United Forces, and Vice Chairman of the Central Military Committee. He is also named general of the Revolutionary Air Force, with experience as a R-18 pilot.
